To full fill the needs of Public Transport’s, Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has been established under the Road Transport Corporation Act 1950 in the year of 1961. Government of Karnataka, has the whole responsibility to look after all affair’s and concern’s of KSRTC.

Latest Stat’s of KSRTC-

1- They have more 8,348 vehicles under there Fleet which travel’s more than 2.5 Million’s Kilometer’s per day.
2- On Daily Average, they have more than 26 Lakh’s commuter’s.
3- KSRTC cover’s more than 17 district’s.
4- Right Now, more than 37,019 peoples are working under KSRTC.

They also offer’s various safety measures for there passenger’s like Metal Detectors, CCTV Surveillance, Wireless Network, Security Guards and more.

Recently they have also launched an “Mobile Application” from where customer’s can also Book, Cancel and Check Seat Status. We have also seen on Internet that many of there customer’s search the question “How to Book Ticket ?”. So, our team has gather all data and will share it here.

1- Open its Official Website.
2- On the Homepage, You can see a dialogue box from where you can book ticket.
3- You have to provide Leaving From, Going To, Date of Departure and Date of Return.
4- In the End, Click on “Search for the Bus”.
5- After that. Select the Bus Type, Boarding Points and Dropping Point.
6- List of all possible Buses with the Route will be displayed along with the Price per Seat.
7- Select your Seat and Provide Name, Mobile Number, Email ID & Age.
8- Provide your Return Journey information and Click on Continue.
9- Online Voucher will be created with the provided information.
10- Make the Payment and You are Done.

After that, Customer’s can Check there “PNR Status” and those who want to “Cancel a Ticket” they can also do so from its Official Website.

User’s those are having any kind of hindrance while in doing Ticket Booking, Cancellation of a Ticket and Checking “PNR Status” than there is a “Customer Care Department” which is created to look after all issues. Customer’s can also post complaint’s and queries related to Refund’s, Mobile Bookings and More.

Above email is created to look after only Failed Transaction and Online Refund. Normally, customer’s money will be credited back within 7 working day’s if not than they should mail following information to the above mail.

Registered User’s- OB Reference Number and Transaction Date.
Guest User’s- OB Reference Number or Email Id and Transaction Date.
Those who want to refund for cancelled ticket than they should also contact to the above email id.

    Delay in Hosur rout vehicle by Sathisha:

    Our family is going to electronic City 11.45 pm in KSRTC Hosur vehicle (KA-42 F-1790 ) the conductor and driver roundsed the bus 35 minutes in majestic for the purpose collection and one lady senior citizen asked why you roundsing bus,conductor is roudly behavioured.so please avoid to pressure for collection to conductors you will pressure to conductors no collection in your rout this will happen.

    Unfit bus is allowed in public traveling from ballari to hadagali via hospet by Karunakar reddy:

    Rear wheels rubber bushes are damaged as per ticket collector information, the same can't be replaced. When they can't be replaced, how did maintenence personal allow this vehicle to public transport.
    There are ladies in the bus, in the travel of 30km/hr bus is getting abnormal reactive back thrust which is affecting the passenger body. It may cause spinal damage. So please kindly not allow this kind of busses in the public transport

    One of the fellow passenger had misbehave with my family person in yesterday night Bus travelling
    (Female traveling alone) from anantapur to Bangalore..
    He had misbehave even though avoiding him..my lady was unable to complain as she was frightened..
    My request is to conductor who is in charge of Bus... should take care of single travelling female...to adjust/shuffle the seat of single travelling females to avoid such cheap mentality person who is a well mature software engineer
    Who's behavior was shameful.
    My lady was crying as she was helpless... during midnight he had such things which is shameful .
    Pls take care of every single travelling female.bcz the family person are very worried to send alone female to send travelling Alone..

    Superfast bus with plate number KL15A 1251to Kannur lacked to stop at Kollam Collectrate Bus stop today morning 18th march 2020 at 9:35am. As you know due to Corona people are struggling to reach their destination as early as possible and to this situation this driver has failed to take around 6 passengers including ladies and kids. So there should be immediate action against this bus driver orelse we will be forced to meet higher officials.

    In the bus routed Dandeli to Bangalore there is no maintaining the social distance. I have ben sit in window side of 3 seater and 2 passengers came I told then that one one person can sit then conductor came and told to 2 people sit in same row.

    J85604831banglo was my pnr number for the ticket with which I travelled from ernakulam to re, and reached today mornings. Normally the ksrtc driver and bus staff do stops where I used to tell . Today also I requests them to stop at roopenaagrahara , but the driver and the other person didn't even took my words into consideration and that they were abusing me. I was not having any luggage also andi very politely requested but they ignore and rose against me. Such types of bus staffs will definitely spoils the image of KSRTC. Please take this as my complaint. I may submit the same in social media if else

    On date 29 January 2022 ksrtc bus route from chikkaballapura to dharmastala not stopped at stage guligenahalli sira taluk tumkur district. We are 10 passengers waiting in bus stop from 25 minutes we requested to stop the bus buy showing our hand instead of stopping driver run through the bus in its schedule stoppage guligenahalli please look after this is daily happening at Guligenahalli.

    In our we have last service at 8.15 pm in thiruvalla alappuzha route. The service is too bad if we show our hands beside ksrtc stand they will not stop the bus. We have to travel on autorickshaw. Its a bad image for ksrtc.
