Regarding name change via Gazzette after the entry into service by Thushara K:

Sir,
I'm an HST in education department. I entered into sevice in 2010.Later, in 2016 I changed my name via Gazette notification..The copy of Gazzette is attatched to my service book as per the instructions from DDE. And a letter from DDE permitting the HM to make the necessary changes in SPARK too is obtained.. But, the school authority is not willing to change my previous name from SPARK telling that Gazette notification is not that authentic to make changes in SPARK account. So what can I do to get it changed.
