I purchased Kent Purifier from Idel Home Appliances, Ulloor, Trivandrum on 15th April 2018. Today 2 Service Personeel came and installed in an unprofessional manner and the machine has defect. They said the defective part will be replaced within 2-3 days time. I have purchased a brand new one and not a 2nd hand one.
It should be replaced with new Machine not with the replacement of defective part.
