i have been trying for one hour to call at your 4 different numbers but no one is picking up the phone i have to ask something

sir i have register for btech counselling and make a payment of 1000rs the payment is successful but i have not register for counselling
i tried helpdesk numbers continuously but there is no one to pick the call
then i mail to the helpdesk ID but from there also no RESPONSE
i am very frustrated by the response of university

sir i have register for btech counselling on 14 June 18 and made payment of rs.1000 payment but not registered again i register myself and make payment but not registered but at the same time registration fees 1000 two time deducted from the account and still site is showing not registered please help me in this case and tell me what whom should i contact for refund of excess money.
