    Dear all.
    I have purchased note 5 pro from flipkart. It was showing problem. I have asked to the customer care to replace the product but they send an engineer to check. He came and removed that software and installed new one. But told him to replace it but he said if you face any problem again your phone will be replaced within next 10 days. But after to days I am having again problem in it but the executive is saying to visit the customer care to resolve the problem. They are saying that this product is delivered by SAVADIKA RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED and that also refused to provide the contact details.

    I would request you to replace the phone asap.
