Dadra NagarHaweli(DNH) power distribution corporation Ltd is a union of Dadra and Nagar Haweli power department.it is a ful responsible electricity commission for people of Dadra Nagar Haweli its has total area of territory is 491 sq. kms. There are 72 villages and the capital of territory is Silvassa. The total population as per 2011 census is 3,42,853.the power demand of this territory is met from the central sector generating stations of Western Region as there is no power generation in this territory. after liberation the power was fed to this territory through 11 kv feeder of Geb and the demand was up to 500 kva.its The present average demand of power is 580 to 600 MW and peak demand is 630 MW. the power demand is increasing day by day. The U.T. Dadra and Nagar Haveli has already achieved the goal 0f 100 % electrification by providing electricity to all the villages of the territory and also provided 100 % metering to all the categories of the consumers .Its provide full electricity power supply for Dadra Nagar Haweli peoples.
