    i booked ticket on date 12/apr/2018 from Lucknow to Dehradun ,booking id is 201523516180905 .amount 5296 deducted but flight not booked .i got the message from cleartrip : as our partner cleartrip could not confirm the booking.The refund will be initiated by HDFC Smartbuy in next 1 hour!.I confirmed through bank he replied that first cleartrip will initiate refund after that he can be available to refund. today is 18/apr/2019 still refund is not being initiated.
