sir, hamne cent bank home finance se loan liya ha. loan liye 1 year se jyada ho gya ha. but abhi tak hamari subsidy nahi aai ha. hame cent bank home finance(indore) se 5,00,000 ka loan mr. poonamchand verma ke name se liya ha. hamara account number- 01303010000029 ha. hamara interest rate bhi 11.30 ha. so, please sir doing something about this. we are highly oblige you.

I applied for a Foreclosure Letter and LOD 2 months Bank at your Surat Branch but still not received. They said Approval not received from our Head office.
I am not able to pay my EMI due to some financial problems so I am requesting you to Please approve my Foreclosure Letter Request.
As per the Home Loan Sanction Letter there is no such thing mentioned that we will require a pre-approval from head office before closing a loan.
