As per our agreed communication happened between me and Big Basket Executive on 06 Dec 2018, the order slot was supposed to be delivered on 06 Dec 2018 without fail in the slot of 5.30pm to 7.30pm. Instead of abiding by Executive commitment, another Executive took decision on his own to cancel my order.
I again spoke to the customer care executive on 06Dec'2018 at 11.57am to know the reasons why my order was cancelled. The executive lied that several items are not available when the fact is the only one Lay Chips Magic Masala was not available as informed during my today morning call at 8.40am and I was told by the executive that order will be delivered between 5.30pm to 7.30pm 06Dec'2018 without one Lay Chips Magic Masala for which there will be refund.
I had dropped couple of emails at customerservice@bigbasket.com from my registered email ID in this regard complaining about this clear manipulation at the level of Team BigBasket, which is NOT acceptable. I had left it on Big Basket team to handle this created issue; but to my surprise I am still awaiting for my order and 4 days have elapsed. There has been no action taken against this executive with acted on his own to cancel my order.
