My son is studying in class-1 at West Bengal affiliation board. Due to some personal reason I want change my school, session period from Jan to Dec. I want to know if I want to take transfer certificate from this school in the mid of February, is there any mandatory to pay full year tuition fees to the school?

Respected Sir, Only 1 Girls school in my area(Sankrail Kusum Kumari Girls School). My daughter Saheli Pramanik passed class 4 with good marks. I had withdraw form(no 236) from this school. But no admission till now. 60 student admitted as per lottery system after that many more student admitted by reference and money power.

I, Tapan Kumar De, look after the schooling activities of Shruti Mondal of Class I, d/o Rajesh Mondal.
Shruti reads in Adarsha Balika Sikshayatan, Garfa, Ward no 104, Kolkata 700075.
Today while admitting in class I ( having been promoted from PP2 to class I) an admission fee of Rs. 550/- ( Rupees Five hundred and fifty only ) was charged.
Surprisingly an unsigned receipt voucher of only Rs. 240/- ( Rupees Two hundred and forty only ) has been issued.
It is told that the rest amount is for computers etc.but no receipt has been given by the school authority
