    I write to inform that I Mr.Shanmugam working as Deputy General Manager in a Government Organisation which is under the Ministry of Home affiars like to lodge compliant about Mr.Sarath Kumar.

    Repsected Sir,
    I write to inform that I Mr.Shanmugam working as Deputy General Manager in a Government Organisation which is under the Ministry of Home affiars like to lodge compliant about Mr.Sarath Kumar.

    I am a customer of your Esteemed Orgainisation for more than a decade and shopping for me and my family members at T.Nagar, Now I am presntly residing at West Tambaram.
    About three months back I had purchased four pants and other dress materail for me and my family members worth about approximately Rs.10,000/- from the shop situated at Shanmuga Road, West Tambaram, chennai - 600 045.
    Out of four pants purchased, in one pant which is hardly used for not even three wear, has worn out and threads are coming out. I was shocked to see the defect in the pant.
    I had taken the pant to the show room to tell about the defects that had happened. They informed me to approach the cashier. The person did not even listen to the defects which I had told and behaved in a very indifferent way. I understand ther may be some material defects in the pant. I only requested him to take up the matter to the management and see what could be done. He did not even respond to my grievance and responded in a very indifferent way he has informed that His name is Sarath Kumar and informed me to make compliant against him to any forum.
    I was shocked to see such type of behaviour from the staff.
    I only request the management to instruct the concerned staff to handle the customers in a polite way and attend to their grievances and initiate action against him. I had left the pant in the show room and did not take back the pant as I was totally disturbed in the way the staff has behaved.
    Further I request the management to advice him to send the worn out pant to Head Office and see that whether there is material defect. I have worn the pant and did not even wash the pant. I request the management to send the pant to the concerned company and what the problem is actually and if possible replacement of pant and help to serve the customers in a better way and the reputation also does not gets spoiled.
    I hope you will understand my problem,

    I entered NH Ambattur for the first time, I purchased cloths for Rs. 7900/- on 11.09.2018..Prior to purchase I asked for offers and staff were unaware of offers of 15% to be launched w.e.f 12.09.18.. I request you to give me discount and I do not expect refund and I wish to repurchase some cloths.. I purchased cloths worth Rs. 40000/- in last 12 months at MAX, and migrated to NH now..

    Please consider my request as a special case..

    I brought leggings23.10.19 in naidu hall at porur branch
    Branded of intimacy but it was not apt for my size. But I choosed my size of XL only it was very loose below the new. Then I go for exchange no one responded me. So I gave my leggings to them to take. Easily they are cheated. No one had called again. After that 31.10.19

    Hope you are safe and good. I’m shamrudhaa from madurai, Tamilnadu. Today (17.09.20) I went to nadiuhall store madurai kk nagar, tamilnadu to get some product and we was about to complete our shopping . the casier at the store( women) treated us really bad by using unparliamentary words and refused to put the bill separately. She was really rude in her action and her word and we found the reason is that she has to go home early. We know in this pandemic situation is really hard but atleast there must be some respect towards the customers. We are getting your product for years and now we are even illtreated.

    Today I visited to your mylapore naiduhall branch. I have purchased somethings. Then I have pay amount through gpay. At the time payment error. Amount only debited my account 3 times of Rs 590. One payment is settled. Another 1 payment I have not received. Your staff did not tell me intimation about this query. So kindly refund the amount Rs 590 to my account.

    Last month i purchase from naidu hall and they charged 100 rs. For delivery amount, and told about this 100rs you will take when next time purchase by using coupon code. I got coupon code but i cant use that use while place the order. So i need held from that seller side

    I Have purchased a video tax invoice AOR21220098652 MEMO NO 21/00/98652 For RS1245 FOR 5 ITEMS, Kindly note in my sbi card payment two times got debited and payment also processed two tjimes. This was done by the cash counter incharge made 2 nd times saying that 1st payment was not debited and 2nd time she proceeded. Request you to kindly check from your end if so kindly arrange for the refund for the second time payment kindly acknowledge receipt of this mail and process the request.
