Delivery to My Cylender Urgentlly

I am constrained to write this as more than 6 months have lapsed and I have heard nothing regarding name change application in favour of my mother.

My consumer no. is 11653 and I had filed an application alongwith all required documents/affidavit for change of name in favour of my mother Pushpa Dave in December, 2014 and was told that I would be contacted for payment of charges.

My parents are frequently visiting the Agency but no proper reply is received. They are very old and live in G ward from where they have to come by auto and still no appropriate reply is received.

I just want to know how many months does it take to change name of consumer and where is the delay and what is the status of my application.

I hope for timely action.
