Im Calling you singe 2 days but no one is picking up my phn on 01122146913 number and if i call the other number ie 9911554411 i am unable to book the gas cylinder thru this also . and the last option i had contacted the Supreme Agency vivek vihar distributor personally He reverted that they cant book cylinder from the Agency , we have to do it thru phn , now tell me what should i do your all options are not Working from where should I book my gas cylinder , this is so humiliating . i will wait for your revert .

I had booked a cylinder dated 19-02-2015 via net refill booking no 402292: consumer no 20376A: Omvati customer name. A cash memo was despatched on 27-02-2015 no 3000164935 : howeever we didnt recieve any cylinder till date.
on 2-03-2015 a second cash memo no 3000166135 was generated and we havent recieved any cylinder till date.This was a second email alert.
two cash memohave been despatched and we havent recieved a single cylinder till date.
This is to bring to your notice that there has been a significant delay in delievery of cylinder despite cash memo being despatched.
kindly look into the matter and take necessary action.

My consumer number is 12975. I have booked my cylinder 5-6 days ago. Now, I am calling on 011-22146911 but a lady pick my call asked my consumer number and after that got busy in conversation to another person. I called on this
Number 4-5 times. Every time that lady pick my call repeats the same story. In last call she said ur consumer number is wrong & got busy as same. Now, she is not picking the call. Kindly look into the matter.

For the last 15 days, I am trying to book refill through given Phone no 9911554499 but all the time this no is out of coverage

Today,i.e on 1.10.15 I called up at the shop for booking refill but they refused to listen

I want a refill but do not know where to book. When the designated no is not working, booking should be done at the shop
