Kindly have this checked on priority failing which I will escalate the matter to Vigilance office of Indian Oil Corporation copying the Delhi State Office of Indian Oil Corporation on 19/01/2015.

i had booked for gas refilled on 5th Feb 2015 and got a sms on 20th Feb 2015 as cash memo 3000369729 generated for booking no..589041 and saying that gas will be deliver shortly and again on the same day got one more sms saying that dear indane customer, cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking with cash memo 3000369729 but still i didn't received the cylinder so far.

kindly look into this in urgent basis.

I booked a refill on 04.02.2015 through IV RS vide ref no. 588781 and cash memo no. 3000356371 generated on 11.02.2015.Further again on 25.02.2015 another cash memo no. 3000377062 generated. But the refill not delivered.It has happened in past too. While my aadhar card is already linked with bank & gas agency as I was getting gas subsidy in past too.

On 21.03.2015 i have received the SMS. Cash memo generated, but i did not booked the Cylinder. Agency itself Book the cylinder and 24.03.2015 I have received another SMS it has been delivered, But i did not received.

This is totally illegal activity by agencies.

My GAs cylinder has not delivered though received a message saying delived with cash memo number.

Also in the past agency book cylinder on my behalf and I have never booked it

I am a LPG consumer since last 3 years, my Consumer No. 46131. I got a message on my registered mobile no. on 17/07/2015 that Cash memo 3000118060 generated for my booking no. 200087551 shall deliver shortly (Time 1:49 PM) and same cylinder has been delivered at time 1:51 PM on same day.These messages are from IOCL without any prior booking.
These kind of messages I am generally getting but same booking has been cancelled immediately may cause any technical error, but it was very surprise for me that first time I got message that cylinder has been delivered and again surprised today, I got message from my bank that my account is credited Rs. 190.68 Info: IOC Ref No 3000118060.

I again would like to inform that I never made this booking and I never received cylinder against this booking. This booking indicating that your agency has been delivered this cylinder to some other consumer, please clarify me on this error and how this subsidizes cylinder i will receive back to my booking id.
