In reference to the LPG ID 37000000043372337 and Con No: 7043372337 i bought the new stove from your agency against the new connection.

The right hand side burner of the stove is tilted towards the back side causing difficulty during cooking. Please try to resolve the matter or replace the stove at the earliest possible.

I have surrendered in safe custody of my connection, becasue of PNG gas.

What are the procedure for transfering my connection to Hyderabad so that I can avail the serrvice.
