My mobile number is 7294086827. Looking at the offer in airtel apps for above number we recharged on 7th Jan, 2017 with airtel apps for Rs 250, where in apps there was offer of Rs 250 in main account and 3GB data for 28 days.
We received only Rs 250 in main account.
We made call for many times in customer care but they are just delaying the process.

Please help me out.

Airtel - The Fastest Network

I obtained above mobile no. 7310946851 at Dehradun while I was employed there. After leaving job at Dehradun, I shifted to my permanent place at Dhanbad, Jharkhand.
I applied for MNP of above number in Jharkhand which was done by Airtel in 2016. However, above number was deactivated by Airtel without any notice to me. I tried to get above number activated but no one helped.
Please let me know, how can I get above number activated? My one of the bank account is linked to above number and I am finding helpless.

Sir hamare yahan net bahut hi slow chalti hain 3G speeds 5 se 12kbps hi speed deti hain or 4G speed 15 se 30kbps deti hain. Agar yahi speed chalegi or thik nahi kar sakte ho to ap apni company ko band kar dijiye qki hamare jaise public ka money west ho raha hain. Or hamare yaha 10 month se ye problem hain or kitni bar complain bhi kar chuke hain phir bhi solution nahi hua.

Pichale 2 years se mai lagbhag 200 time Customer care ko apna problem. Bata chuka hu.patAa nahi kitni baar complain kar chuka hu but aajtak aapke dwara koi v response nahi hai. Na tho hamare net chalata hai na hi baat kar sakta hu. Tho ye hindi ka fastest network ka kya karu. Har mahine bill tho aap jabran wasul leta ho. Last company hai ye ab mai legal mai jj raha hu. Aap sirf acha ad dikha sakte ho.
