    in spite of me complaining repeatedly to customer care and even to the nodal officer tn that my landline is not working for the passed one month still there is no response for my complaint, i thought airtel is having good customer service but my assumption is false this type of worst service i have never seen, even nodal officer of tn is not responding properly. i want my landline to be fixed today since im using it for business purpose, already my one month production is being lost by your worst service. still your people not responding for my complaint, now kindly tel me still how many days yourl want for making my connection done.

    Dear Sir,
    This is in reference to the Prepaid Mobile No 8826466027 recharged with International package for 10 days’ worth of Rs.2997/- for BRAZIL on dated 28.04.2017 from Gurugram (HR).

    Before taking the above package I had confirmed with the Customer care representative about the above package and was confirmed that we will get 250 minutes Incoming call, 250 outgoing call to India, 250 SMS and 3 GB Data for 10 days.

    Regret to inform you that after conversation with the customer care representative for about 10 times, they were unable to established neither outgoing calls to India nor Internet Data setting resulting no use of any data & calls to India. We have been told by the representatives that this will be shorted out within 2 hrs., another time told within two days etc. but could not resolve the issue.

    This is extreme level of dissatisfaction toward this recharge of big amount Rs.2997/- and I hereby requesting you to kindly refund the amount at the earliest.
    We are in the gold category customer to AIRTEL and using your services for more than a decade having about 10 Mobile No of Airtel, IPTV, DTH and Internet services as well.
    You are again requested to kindly do the needful and oblige for the same.

    deposit of Rs.1000/- was handed over
    to Airtel representative. After 15 days we have been told that connection
    is not possible. Hence we have given
    the bank details to refund deposit
    on 24th of April and till date it has
    not been refunded despite various
    phone calls and mails. Don't you think it is unethical for an reputed

    Validity: 70 days

    As i have recharged the above plan for 70 days validity, I have revived the message like the plan will be expired on 28 days. So immediately i have raised a complaint on the same day and got the confirmation like this has been resolved with in 24 hours.

    After 28th day, the plan got expired and for the Mobile data it has been charged from my main balance account and I couldn't able to make an outgoing calls.

    I have raised a High Priority Complaint regarding the issue three times with continuous followups with Customer care..

  • Regarding broadband new connection

    I would like to escalate an issue in getting new broadband connection in my area kelambakkam, Chennai. I have been contacting airtel customer care for the past one month and they are yet to give me a proper response regarding the new connection.

    I receive multiple calls from different numbers giving different updates. They also confirmed my address and got the proofs twice. I have sent my address proofs to numbers 9677312345 ( contacted a week back) and 9790798988 (contacted yesterday). These persons work in airtel customer care.

    Few say I'll get a connection by tonight but I am not getting any calls. Few say there is a technical fault and it takes more than a week.

    Requesting you to solve this issue as we are in need of broadband connection immediately.

    I called(from my number 9566729681) customer care raised request many time but still now i did n't get any response from your side. 34282866(Req Number).

    2.when I aproached airtell showroom they said few people has this problem they gave some code to dial aprx # 002# i did but still people getting same msg.

    3. when i tried to erase the No in call forward settings it shows

    "your operator doesnt support the decativation of call forwarding when your call cannot connected"

But customer care line not connected. IVR Connect up to connect customer care but customer care not connected.
    How can we approach emergency service.All bank detail, Credit card detail available in my hand set. Anything can do with active sim card with OTP option. Yesterday night i cont slip.
    If any loss happen related to my bank account, Credit card Air tel only responsible.

    Pl. arrange to redress the grievence early by reimbursing the lost amount and confirm such similar situation will not occur in future as I am afraid that my future relcharge might also get lost like the current one.
    There is misappropriation of my account and kindly get it rectified.
    In case the matter could not be resolved at your level pl inform me the address and the telephone number of your next higher authority, so lthat the matter may be got settled at that level.

    And how i speak 41mins and 54sec .

    I changed my 9884464709 vodafone to airtel. But still now i feel why change & choose this network.

    I am really cannot understand how your officers told that fake call detail.
    At the same your side senior officer told me "we have record your call detail. So we cannot refund this amount".

    I cannot understand i don't speak. Then how have you record that call detail. This is cheating.

    Still now i confirmed, airtel is one the cheating concirn. So our friends relations also change our network airtel to another network.

    For past 3 days , am facing issue with SIM card and your airtel store ((Near CTS Office, Old Mahabalipuram, Nehru nagar, Thoraipakkam, Chennai, and Tamil Nadu), gave 2 new sim card but still problem persists. They are agreeing now the SIM activation is pending and still they couldn't activate it . Its frustrating to walk down every day to this store and to convey all stories from Day1.
    Please provide some solution or declare as you can't service similar issue, so I can plan accordingly

    I am a AIRTEL Prepaid Customer

    My Mobile No.9841465187 (S,KUMARAVEL)

    My connection is prepaid

    Earlier my validity is life time (I think somewhere upto 2035/2025)
    Suddenly I received one message that my validity (current pack validity) period expires on 31.10.2018 What is this after collecting the prepaid amount in bulk, suddenly you are reducing the validity period without proper notice/sufficient time to spend/utilize the balance amount. This is LEGALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE. It is against CONSUMER ACT.

    Now what will happened to my balance amount ? (around Rs.180/-)

    Will you repay the balance amount back to me ?

    Will you allow me to covert my PLAN to Different PLAN using my balance amount

    Kindly clarify me (without any Legal/Media issues)
