My phone is very slow progres

I buy karbonn phone woth rs 1299 on 11 dec. Due to some busy shedule i put sim in that mobile on 2nd jan 2015 at 7 pm. I never ever check mobile about voice clearty. next day i am suffering pronblem of mic problem

It is really a worst service by Karbonn mobile service centre in Jalandhar. I was submitted my phone 1 1/2 month ago but still they have not given me back the phone after repair. My phone is in warranty and i think they are looking for the last date of the warranty period so after that it would be not their responsibility.

I went there last month, these guys installed Buggy operating system, which again got damaged within 15 days, they again installed lollipop version, despite Marshmallow is out for last 6-7 months.. They dont even have the updated version of software.. and in terms of communiation skills , its like they are there for some picnic. Worst customer service expirence of my life.

sir my mobile is not started from past 2 days. Actually the app in mobile were not able to work properly so I thought if I will switched if off and then on then it will work but when I was try to open my mobile it wont be started yet.
