The vibrator of the phone has stopped working, Phone gets heated and battery has discharged.
How is it possible that these many problems are appearing in such a costly phone. I do not have time to go to the service center.
I am planning to go to consumer court to raise the same.

I am wandering from one service center to another from the last 13th Aug., but up till now the DISPLAY has not yet been provided to them by their store office.It is a great harassment to the customer.In case it is not settled I shall have no alternative except to move in the consumer court.The mobile set is in warranty period. I had purchased Sumsung MicroSDHC 32 GB, 48 MB/S Class 10 EVO (VJ82586) from FLIPKART vide no. OD203196582141241300, Invoice No. kol20150600085298 dtd 24-06-2015 and received on 27-06-2015.
Now this card suddenly become defective and it was well defined at flipkart that it was having 10 years limited warranty.
Now it is my humble request to Pl. arrange to replace it as soon as possible.
