I have an iball slide tab, which i purchased on december 2015. Till one month i am facing some peculiar type of problem. The tab screen is continously trembling after between some gaps. Occasionaly the ph book is opening itself & trembling the screen. It is not going back to previous screen. So pl i will be helpful if u kindly suggest me some solutions. Thanking u.

The I ball donggle was bought by me in the month of July 2016. Since then its performance has been dismal. I have been using vodafone sim which has been changed atleast 5 times. I then went to your Benachity centre with the donggle in the last week of Nov 2016 for repair. The person gave me saying it had been repaired, but the problem of its not working persists. The donggle works for 30% of the time only when it is sunny. It absolutely does not work starting from evening. Can I get a new donggle as I am within the warranty period. 9434076832, Durgapur

My i ball slide tab, which i odered online on amazon in 15th august 2016,problem starts while one day it shutdown due to low battery from then on whenever i tried to switch it just vibrates but there is no sign of any thing i tried switching it on while it gets charged but then the i ball logo appears; as long as the charge is present the logo is shown it lasted for even 2 days but never got switch on, what should i do now...??
