I cannot change storage locatio to SD card.

Dear sir/mam I want to inform you that I have a red mi note 5 phone and I installed an application named share it but it's not working properly. I can send any video images or any file to other user of share it but I can't take. From any one a single file pic or anything from any share it user. In your application for iphone users have some difficulty to use it in changing lanquage option compare to android phones.in addition,we are not changing our lanquages in your app.on the other hand, android users have been changing lanquage as per their uses .even they also see subtitle and iphone users do not have any option to see subtitle and lanquage.I think you have to check to solve this issue.so please help to all iphone users and upgrade your app for all iphone users.
