I was told that I would get a lenevo tab costing RS 10000 but today I received a tab which is costing RS 4200. Pls explain it.

Extremely disappointed with the product and services.

Since the day one I have got this product Handy, haven’t received fruitful support. I have spoken to couple of people (Kanchan, Karthi, Vivek, etc.) and everyone is telling me different story. But no one interested to resolve customer issue. Every time my daughter is giving call to your no. never getting the call back from you guys. Even though commitment. This shows how much customer importance they have. Byjus is completely failed to deliver their promise services. Because for them only Money matter not the customer. They are completely failed to deliver whatever are there SLA's/ commitments. Right now I am calling customer care no. 1800 123456 and on waiting for last 15 mins. My daughters TAB is locked and she is not able to study at all. Even after couple of called no call back received from anyone. Useless company and support. I would never recommend this product to anyone in my life.

Sir/Madam,
I had taken the free trial of Byju's for 15 days in the month of June. When we got the phone call for continuing the Byju's service and for email confirmation after 15 days we had said that we don't want to continue it and we had not permitted them to cut our EMI. According to this they immediately locked the videos in the Byju's app. And we have also said them to collect the tablet and the other accessories given for the trial.
But on 28th of August 2018 we got a call regarding the EMI they said that our EMI has started from last 2 months that is from July inspite we had not given permission to them. And still the videos in the Byju's app is locked and the EMI is has been cutted off.
I request you that even of doing so much phone call to the customer care and now by writing please stop my EMI and to refund my 6000 rupees back in my account.
