I Pranay Munigonda, bearing Mobile number 9494949333 and 9492949333. I was submit request for conversion of My Numbers from Postpaid to Prepaid on 30th August 2017 by visiting to Airtel Store in Sangareddy Town, Telangana. and also paid all outstanding amount said by store executive and submitted necessary documents. My services were stopped on 02.09.2017 at 11.00PM. to my existing SIM. But the Services are not resumed to my New sim till today. So I visited the Store in Sangareddy where I submitted my Application. But the store executives said careless response stating that We don't know when it will activated. and they are not in aware of the aprox time to activate my number. But they are replying in proper way to customer we are not responsible for the activation. My Number is enrolled with banking transaction so I am not able to receive the OTP right now so its causing very trouble to my Daily Transaction for some my Payments with Banks.
Please instruct the People to take necessary action to resume ASAP. and train your people to give proper response with Airtel Store Franchisee guys.

No doubt airtel is the best network and 19 members of family uses airtel from past 8 to 10 years and now i am facing so much so of network problem like i think airtel is becoming worst than telenor you guys dnt provide any 24 hrs customer care number so that we can reach for help. Yesterday (16.10.2017) my Airtel no. 7086222443 was suddenly deactivated. When I visited Airtel Office at North Lakhimpur Assam they had provided a New SIM card. But inserting the new sim the network signal shows for a minute and again disappear. I reset my phone to factory setting. But it does not work. Today again i visited Airtel office but they refused to provide any support. Request kindly to do the needful on my case.

Dear Airtel I have switched from BSNL to Airtel recently by getting attracted to your advertisement thinking that your network services are great but unfortunately your network stand first in the worst list and jio stands first in the best list, instead of focusing on advertisements and competing with other network tariff rates please do focus on your signal and then keeping up your promises, your tariff plan says 1gb per day but your giving us the data in a 2g mode, worst strategy, and we are trying to contact customer care but none of your toll free numbers work, please go for a market research and find out the satisfaction levels of customers and then try to be loyal, shame on you, cheating your customers, I lost an important meeting with my client, because of your stupid network I couldn't submit the report in time. I’m using Airtel since 2-3 yrs and I didn’t face any problem till now. But now there’s lots of network problem with this network and the internet is not working properly. Even tough it’s showing 4G up there but the internet won’t work and I heard many problems from many people regarding this issue. It would be better if you fix this problem here in Hyderabad. I heard from my cousin saying that Airtel is working perfectly fine there in Chennai and when he came hyderabad, the same problem he even faced. This is not only my issue but many people are facing this.
If I want to call a person, it’ll not ring till I dial the number for atleast 4 times. The 4th time I dial then it connects. What is the problem and what is use of telling that Airtel is an open network?
Please make sure this problem gets fixed really quick.

Hi Airtel mobile number is 8886267755 in 349 plan but from two months you people charging 448 and I see 100 rupees has been charged extra in plan and 100 extra included in other charges other than taxes.
