Mai apne father ko ESI me dikhaya January SE dikhaya Raha tha where Dr Saheb me ECHO TEST KE LIYE LIKHA JO KI BAAHAR KISI HOSPITAL ME REFER KARATE HAI. AB MANA KAR RAHE HAI KI AAPKA APRIL 2014 SE DEC 2016 TAK KOI CONTRIBUTION NA HONE KE KAARAN YEH SUBIFHA NAHI MIL SAKTI.

We M/s Fluentgrid Limited having ESIC Code no: 70000334870000911 have been facing an issue while updating the IP details. Since we have updated the version 11 of Internet explorer and also installed updated java i.e 8 update 101 in 32 bit.

System is showing an error of Java console, personal details folder is not highlighted while clicking on that when we operate from Mozilla Firefox.

Kindly recommend the system settings to resolve the issue.

I am retired on 29/05/2017 and last contribution of esi on 2011. Can I avail bebefit of superanuation benefits of esic hospitals.
ESIC Jaipur Vishwakarma Local Office rejected my application on the base of my las esic contribution of 2011.Office manager told me that I am not a IP in May-17, so they can't issue the esic card.

Payment for atleast 78 days in the relevant contribution period 91 days in any two
consecutive periods.As at Annexure-II-A (70% of daily average wages)

Sir on your telephonic discussion you told the i have to got 70% sickness benefit but as per salary my gross salary 11750 as per days 392 I got Nine days leave =3411 the sum will be 70% =2388 but you give me as per bank statement 1596, sir you told me that submitted leave 2 days late but I submitted on time after ESIC hospital told me to submitted to local office .
sir if there is any rule for deducting ESIC claim against late submission of sickness receipts please forward me the rule with attachment copy as soon as possible

This is regards to the claim i have applied last year for the reimbursement of the charges for my treatment. Its been more than 1 year i am waiting for the claim but nobody is responding or giving me proper answer. Everytime i visit to ESI pathankot and asked for the file or claim they said its sent for the approval. I want to know if it really takes so much time for a single claim. Its very disappointing that if you're deducting any amount from our salaries then what kind of services or benefits you are providing. Nobody is helping in it and everytime they replied with dumb faces.

In my form the region applied for is showing Delhi where as I have to apply for Himachal Pradesh. I have received my admit card for the exam as well. On this also Region applied for is Delhi. I am already working in AIIMS delhi & want to try for the position of Himachal Pradesh as my husband is working there. as discussed with Delhi HO all required papers have been submitted to ESIC and also confirmed by HO all have been recived and after verification by HO they have send to you for re-confirmetion/approval.

i am also visited in yours office but unfortunatly you are busy in meeting . This case have already discussed with Dr .Santosh and in in SMC Subhash Awasthi/DK Nigam.
