My previous complaint was closed stating the amount that is deducted two times from two different accounts will not be refunded and also not credited towards payment of Feb 2017 Bill consumer No. KH6197.I request you to kindly escalate the issue with the payment gateway to refund Rs 43.48 in m-Pesa account (Mobile No. 9911893831) and Rs 43.13 in SBI Debit card both payments made on 24 Feb 17.Previous complaint No. 1401130103. Problem: rcc electric pole bend enough, dangerous as movement of people always there. Even electrical maintenance men of jbvnl does not have interest using/climbing on this pole

Action required: prompt replacement by new one.

My Electricity Consumer No.DR-34/1372. I have not been received the electricity bill during five months (January 2017 to May 2017) through Electricity Office, Chas. I have asked the local boy Sri Manoj who reach the electricity bill through electricity office, chas. He said that I will give the bill but till now electricity bill has not received to me.
One boy name Preetam has came on 31.5.2017 at 08.00 p.m. for electric meter reading through electricity office, chas, after electric meter reading, he said that your unit is about 3000 and above and you will pay 9000/- for this whereas I have already paid the electricity bill amount till March 2017 to see the lazer book of electricity office, chas.
Sir, I request to you that kindly enquire this above mentioned subject and send the correct electricity bill. I shall highly obliged to you for this act of kindness.

Huge population of mentioned address are suffering from worst condition of electricity. Electricity is gone from 22 of June (2:00 pm) till now(23 June ).i request to electricity department to look over this serious issues.

We the people of Jamshedpur of area uliyan and bhetya bastee are suffering from frequent power cuts every time and the higher authorities do nothing to resolve it. Look into the matter otherwise people will protest through a rally against you all.

Customer care number nahi hain nikammo ke paas.. Rajasthan ka electicity department cuatomer care raat ke 1:42 me bhi respond karta hai, but jharkhand nikammo ka pradesh hai. Pichle 5 ghante ae phase me current nahi hai par in nikammo ko daaru pine se fursat rahe tab to ye dhyaan bhi dein.

sir, i have deposited advance payment for the month of march/april,2017, because meter reader man had not come to take meter reading the above said months.in june,2017 meter reader man come and i paid the amount, but i found that the meter reading of march/april was also included in the month of may,2017 bill.i request you, please adjust the advanced payment in the next bill.

cosnumer No M2871 Is meter reading/ Bill not perpair of last 03 months

Daltonganj electricity supply is very poor that we can't survive here properly. We are just getting 5-6 hrs supply of electricity,this leads to heavy loss in our business too please look after this or else I have to complain on the upper level.

Sir daltonganj is suffering from high shortage of electricity supply specially in bazar area where business takes place and we are suffering from heavy losses. Please take action on it as soon as possible otherwise I have to contact higher officials

The meter is in running condition but the meter reader is shown it defective.therefoe I request you to rectify the status.so I can deposit my meter bill as early as possible.
