Sir/Madam,
My self with customer I.D No. 11288949, Purchase Top loading washing machine on 15/11/2015. Model: TL-RCG 6.5 Kg AQUA.
From Dealer M/s. Bharat Electronics, Kalyan ( west ). Since I purchased machine their was some sort of problem, regarding PCB and functioning of switches. Mean time I launched complaint and after lots of follow up my machine got repair, even I verbally demand for new machine but they pursue me that further problem will not persist.
Recently Again My machine found to be not functioning we launched complain No. 1000372974 and IFB Technician visited, According to him machine is having PCB Problem .
From last 30 years I regular user of washing of various make viz. Whilpool, LG, Godrge , but non of machine have given such problem, whereas we have scrap the smooth functioning washing machine as we are using them more than 5 years without discomfort.
I dont understand why your this machine is giving so much problem. When I contacted to your officials Mr. Nilkant , Mr. Dinesh, Mr. Yogesh they are insisting me to Pay the amount for the Part they going to replace and according to them it costing about Rs. 4500/-.
I dont understand why should I pay when my machine is within warranty. Why I did not get new Machine when this machine having so much problem.
Due to reason of this my family is suffering very much. Before I approach to Consumer Forum this is my intimation.
Please Look in this matter urgently and do the needful.
