Complaint PLAN got EXPIRED

    Hi Sir/ Madam,


    This is Murugappan , an experienced Customer from AIRTEL. My Mobile number is 9790426240 and i have recharged on 19-07-2017 for Rs. 399/ for 70 days validity.

    Please find the below Plan for your Reference.

    Recharge: Rs. 399/-

    Benefit: Unlimited Local + STD calls + 1GB data/day + 1GB 3G/4G data(28 days) + 1GB night data pack(28 days)(Terms and Conditions)

    Validity: 70 days

    As i have recharged the above plan for 70 days validity, I have revived the message like the plan will be expired on 28 days. So immediately i have raised a complaint on the same day and got the confirmation like this has been resolved with in 24 hours.

    After 28th day, the plan got expired and for the Mobile data it has been charged from my main balance account and I couldn't able to make an outgoing calls.

    I have raised a High Priority Complaint regarding the issue three times with continuous followups with Customer care..

    I am really disappointed with the response that AIRTEL is providing..

    In the below mail it is mentioned that the issue will be resolved on or before 21st August 2017.. {It is Completely unacceptable}

    The Problem statement clearly states that the issue is not with me and with AIRTEL.

    So, Kindly treat this Issue as my ESCALATION & take it as VERY HIGH PRIORITY and resolve this issue by today itself.
