    This is to inform you that I had recharged my mobile with 3 G data from your Chillr Application . In the first instance the messsage displayed was transaction has failed.When I tried again I got transaction ID 161119389635. On both occassions my account was debited for Rs.296/- but I have not received the recharge from M/s Airtel on my mobile 9967389102. I am a staff member of Punjab & Maharasthra Coop Bank who have availed your services and installed Chillr Applicaton few months back.Of late the application is having problems. I request you to refund the amount of Rs.592/- back to my account as the said recharge on both occassions has failed.

    Please do the needful without delay.
