We are enrolled with Neelam Gas agency in Faridabad and I have booked gas refill twice and both time I received an SMS that booking has been cancelled as per customer request. While we are in continuously touch with your delivery boy and he mentioned that there is no slip on our name. There is no one who denied the delivery of cylinder. it seems to be some issue with your system and you are getting miscommunication from your delivery boy. The issue is not the first time and its a repeated issue.

I would request you to fix the same on priority and arrange the delivery of cylinder on priority and also ask them to arrange the delivery of cylinder as per our previous requests as details provided below.
