I am Harshwardhan Kumar, vodafone user, village and post: Parsauni Kapur, Thana: Patahi, Dist: East Champaran, Bihar-845457. We are facing network problem in our area from few months. I registered complaints against it many times but I did not get any solution. People are facing lots of problems due to poor network issue. In our village (Parsauni kapur) there is lots of network fluctuations and the worst thing is that network is only available for 4-5 hours in 24 hours. Lots of people are planning to port their numbers into the other netwrk due to the vodafone network problem. So, we request you to please solve thee network problem issue as soon as possible.
