    Dear Team,


    My name is sameer shaikh and i live in mumbai. This is regarding complaint which like to bring to your notice.
    I received a call from MONA i don't know her full name but she call from this number (731755957) on 25th April 2018 regarding company and all the benefits and services.
    She offered me a free trial for the services which i agreed.On 26th April 2018 i was happy and satisfied about the company services and MONA told me to pay charges of Rs.2000/-..
    She send me payment link on watsapp on same day. I gone through the link and i made payment of Rs.2000/-.The amount got debited from my account but MONA told it has been not received by the company.I called to my Bank and they told amount has been paid (Attached is bank statement for that day).All the process calling to the bank following up with your company has taken three days.Today on 1st of May I told mona that whatever error happens let it go i will make again the payment of Rs.2000/- by tomorrow evening or day after tomorrow.

    Again i received call he said his name is Mr. Sushil Kumar From this number (7314755956).He said he is head of mona and she works under him.He said there is some offer which is lasting
    today(what offer it was i Don't know).I said you speak to mona where i have explained her everything why you are calling me.First of all he was very rude while talking and said because of me he will throw Mona out of job.He was totally talking rubbish and i am very unhappy that this kind of people is head of services.At last he said"Tumhari Aukaat nahi paise deni ki". where i lost control we had a heated argument.

    My first question is when i made payment why should i pay more.I understand there would we technical error which i also agreed.I also told i will pay extra 2000
    Why this guy called me and talk nonsense.I hope you will go through this mail and necessary action.
