Dear Sir,
I have purchased the subject items each one, from your Garia outlet / showroom of South Kolkata; 110, RAJA S.S. MULLICK ROAD, KOLKATA-700047: on 18th October’2017, vide finance order receipt no K2622/1718/07955 (for both the items).
Since purchase I faced / went through a lot of trouble to get the items delivered from every person concerned. Any hand neither was extended nor did one cooperate, rather I had been be fooled by utter lies by each one I dealt in. Despite your free delivery program, on the 24th October’2017 my spouse was demanded Rs. 1500/-. It was even supported and instigated by the lady dealing in at the outlet / showroom (the only time I experienced a prompt intervention by one concerned). I was even intimated about a lifting charge of Rs.75/- per floor (though nothing of such kind was informed beforehand). Every minute detail was collected about the delivery place and site in advance by each, concerned. Actually, there were only three delivery men visited instead of five / six ( as intimated by the in charge delivery after taking full details about the delivery ). The refrigerator itself is heavy enough for three middle aged person TO lift. my further contact to your Garia outlet went in vain.
I am very sure that you appreciate and encourage the feeling of such purchases on festivals and you do feel the deepest feelings of the shattered hearts for becoming unsuccessful in fulfilling their dreams on such auspicious occasions.
Therefore, Sir, keeping the above facts in view, I, in very depressed mood, would like to request your good spirit to cancel those orders( if the delivery is not possible by your delivery team) and return me the cancelled cheque( No. 467569 of SBI, Jadavpur University Branch), Rs. 2/-(Rupees Two Only) paid by cash; without debiting any amount for any purpose / excuse; and intimate / instruct the Financer ( Bajaj Finance) to restrained themselves from such activities.
Looking forward towards your kind and spirited judgment for an amicable solution over the matter.

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A TELEVISION SET & AN AIR-CONDITIONER FROM YOUR RANIKUTHI SHOWROOM VIDE INVOICE NO. 02424/1920/03161 & 02424/1920/03235 DATED 27.06.2019. & 29.06.2019. VIDE ORDER NO. 02422/1920/03205 & 02422/1920/03204 BOTH DATED 26.06.2019. RESPECTIVELY. ALSO THEY BEHAVED VERY RUDELY WITH MY FAMILY MEMBERS. THE NAME OF THE TELEVISION DELIVERY MAN IS MUNNA SHAW (CONTACT NO 9874876020) & THE NAME OF THE AIR-CONDITIONER DELIVERY MAN IS SUBHENDU RAHA (CONTACT NO 9051507807). I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THESE DISHONEST DELIVERY MEN & INFORM ME.

Mr Anup of Khosla Electronics Kankurgachi behaved irresponsibly. We had a discussion over telephone about the purchase of a Dell laptop. He confirmed on 30th May morning that the model has arrived. As pre-decided I visited the store before 4pm.My family was with me. To my utter surprise he was not there in the store and the other personnel told us that the model has been handed over to some other customer by Mr. Anup. He didnot bother to inform us.
Next time I will never visit Khosla. I am an old customer and regret to be so.

I have purchased a IFB Washing Machine but till now product is not delivered. Since last one week everyday Mr.S. Manna is saying tomorrow your product will delivered. But everyday it was not happening. Today I was called to your store mobile no and replied that they didn't delivered the product.
***** My one friend purchased the same product with replacement of one refrigerator & one TV and his delivery was in proper time. Surprisingly he didn't gave the replacement product but his product was delivered.
So unable to understand why my product is not delivered???

Dear sir,
We have purchased a Ac from khosla garia on 14 th march 2021. The sales person mis sale the 2019 product of LG, saying 2021 manufacturing. When we got delivery of the product we came to know that we have been cheated. Next day we went at the shop for refund but they denied to do the same and asked to wait for 2 3days to get the new product. After 14 15 days that is yesterday we went again and they again charged another 4000 Rs extra for the new product. But today they again said they cannot deliver the product. Kindly refund entire amount 42000 along with interest at the rate of lending.
