Dear all buyers please dont order any items from this website this is 100% froud. i was ordered online and paid online but 5 days left n=items not receive even no any update showing of orders every day i tracking but showing no any information. and the meanwhile his customer care No. not reachable. they saying on his website customer care timing 11 AM To 5 PM many time i called but always they keept on busy during thse hours. also many time i feedback and send message via facebook of his page but no any response. i request to all buyer if they dont deliver and not revert money so lodge police complaint agaisnt of this agency . really too much headec

I have given the order for Leather Flip Cover for Oppo Realme 1 Gold, Order No- 322819 on 29.05.2018 on Jextakart web site and given the full payment.
But I have received the one on 06.06.2018, which not of my ordered matching Gold color and also the size is not matching my mobile. I want to communicate the same thing in the trailing mail, but the reply from your side is not responsive in manner.
The representatives also not responding properly after many communications, so Please give the contact details of the senior officials, so that the problems can be resolved.
As per their requirements I have send many photos of the product, but the response from jextakart is not responsive.
