Many time follow for my ecoford car gj 6 bl 8079 regular service in ford show room .sp Ford & atladara showroom. Last service special men soon for a/c .last four my abhiprice not setiesh to a/c .there no answer to properly check. Last two day my car in sp ford showroom.can we help properly

I had booked EcoSport titanium plus diesel for which a cheque of Rs.50000/-was deposited to Kanal automobile as a token amount .
I was told that the vehicle will be delivered within December 2017.Later on 25th December I was informed by the dealer
that your vehicle has been arrived.
I told him that I need a day or so for the car loan approval . Yesterday I got a call from the dealer in the evening around 5.30pm,forcing me to come immediately and take the delivery or else the vehicle shall be sold to some other buyer.
As l was driving back home from my office I told him that I will reach the showroom in some time, confirming Him that I will surely purchase the vehicle.the call recording is with me as an evidence .Due to some reasons I was not able to reach yesterday 27/12/17.
Today 28/12/17 in the morning I went to my banker for loan disbursement thinking that my vehicle is ready for delivery.The loan approval was transferred to the dealer and then went to take the delivery, on reaching the showroom I was shocked to hear that my vehicle was already sold to someone else as I didn't turned up on time in the evening.Insted of an apology I was told that my loan has been reverted back to the back and I had no option other than to leave the showroom.I even made them hear the recording which I had for the conversation which was made yesterday with the sales executive confirming my purchase.

today i go to ford service center at aligarh. The behavior of the service man is very bed and the amount they charge is just double from other area of ford service center
As My AC is not working then after checking they charge me 450 rupees charge but the way they talk is very disaster
As they Charge 3500 rupees of AC gas on the same way In Mathura Ford they charge only 2000.They will charge too much.
I suggest to all my friends and Senior not to go and buy ford car after seeing this type of behavior
