Regarding two wheeler insurance renewal by Bhuvaneshwari.K:

On 11th Jan 2018, I tried to renew my two wheeler insurance policy in ICICI Lombard website and updated all of my policy details and the amount of 1,457 was deducted from my bank account in the name of Citrus Payments Solutions Pvt Ltd. But the policy was not renewed.Hence, i need the amount to be refunded. Kindly do the needful.
