Hello
This complain is regarding our local vendor services, the vendor services are not at all cooperative. The vendor is rude and arrogant. The vendor do not provide solution on request and do not answer. I requested renewal of my plan and got no update from vendor and then he renewed the plan,but now again my id is inactive. Highly dissapointment and unsatisfactory by the service and support provided by local vendor.
Also I called customer service multiple times in the evening no response from by the team as well , they just keep on disconnecting my call.
