We had registered a router complaint on 28/6/2018.The complaint has not been addressed till date.As you may well presume,internet connection is a must even in classrooms.So kindly solve our problems within no time.

For more than a month now, The subscribers of Railwire at our region is facing frequent connectivity disruption. This is very annoying since we are working from home and this network isue is hampering our work. I have contacted the customer support multiple times and they have suggested me to raise as complaint here. Waiting fore your reply.

Sir. 4 days finish to give adhar card and photos for new connection . But i think they will not serise matter . The cable oprater name is. Shobana cable . Situated in padinjattumukku tvm .kerala..
Sir and my feed back is .this not good practice for this oprater. And also will effect the company ...so please do somthing as soon as possible ..
