Hi Team,
This is regarding the Consumer no. 15713.
I would like to inform you that I have been visited thrice on the LA-Flame enterprise at S.G.M. Nagar, Main Road, Near Badkhal Lake gas agency for my Cylinder booking.
I have submitted my Adhaar card documents and also completed all other formalities to receive the cylinder. However, I haven't received the cylinder yet.
The admin person at the gas agency have booked the cylinder twice and saying that due to gas shortage they are unable to deliver the cylinder and will send the cylinder by Monday. However, we are still yet to receive the cylinder.
Request you to please prioritize this request and send the cylinder to us at the earliest.
