It is not understood that whenever card limit excess, it may automatically stopped purchase and informed to concerned card holder. In my case I have just crossed limit and excessesed little amount where as charged minimum Rs.500 which is very high

Already I had redemed 5000 reward points in AUGUST 2020 for getting AXIS BANK GIFT CARD of RS.5000 & For that I had charged rs.30.
But I requested several times please send me by speed post only because no courrier service available here, but no body is responding to my problem & still I didn't received my card.
I don't know how you are giving the services.
Please arrange my card as soon as possible.
