When customer account is Debited / Credited for more than Rs.5000/- or as per customer request for amount greater than Rs.5000/-.
When a cheque issued by customer is dishonored for want of funds.
When the balance in customer’s account becomes below the minimum balance level on account of certain debit transactions, an alert will go to customer to fund the account.
Alerts informing the customer about maturity of his fixed deposit. This alert will be sent seven days before the maturity date.
