    Hello, This Is Vaibhav. I Gave My Bike APACHE RTR 160 4V For 5th Service On 3rd August 2020. The Vehicle Gear Lever Got Damaged. Switches Not Working Properly Nothing Is Fixed As Per The Details Given Every Time They Will Tell Air Filter, Oil Filter, Engine Oil, Chain Lubrication Will Be Changed And General Service Is Done.
    Finally at the time of giving delivery they will tell if you find any issues bring it back.
    Do you really think the customer will always keep roaming to showroom this is nonsense.

    No proper response and each and every time when you go back with the issue after service they will show us that customer is not riding the bike properly and you are not maintaining it.
    What nonsense we will give it for service for maintenance only.

    And call will be given to inform that when we get call from showroom we have to give the rating 10 out to 10.

    Please look in to this and possible take a action In this even the service manger is involved.

    Such a worst service I have ever seen. They are not able to solve a gear shifting problem. How they will manage all the big problems
    TOTALLY UNSATISFIED.

    Ask your service person to come and attended the problem immediately.

    NOTE : When I an giving it was working perfect and why your service team have created problems ?????

    I'm chosen for pickup and drop service facility for my scooty, While pickup the my original documents are with my scooty.
    After service, while taking the delivery my documents are mis placed and service person said that he will deliver the documents next day.

    Hope you are doing well. I would like to highlight the Perthatic sercviee and MIsbehaviour by your service advisor - Anil Kumar from Dabri service center. I have a TVS electric IQube and it was working fine. There was some issue with the charger so i went to the service center and this guy Anil kumar said "1 Mahina lagega replacement hone me, yahi par chod JA SCOOTY. He started arguing when i asked him that why so late. He even abuses me without any reason. He was so arrogant and harsh that i can't even explain. This kind of behaviour and person should not be the part of the service industry. They spoil the name of the industry. It's my humble request to you to help me in changing the charger and take approproate action against this guy so that this kind of service should not be repetaed with the customers who are paying money to buy your vehicles and then paying for the getting your services.
