    Myself RAJESH KUMAR MOHAPATRA purchased a maruti baleno Delta having registeration no. OD13G3200. Engine No. 7101539 in 2017. After 2019 I am facing problem in stearing movement. It's very tight during riding. In turning also the stearing not returned to original position. This problem I have informed to Service center every time during my regular servicing but they have not repaired the problem. I have done my car regular servicing at NARAYANI MOTORS, PURI, ORISSA on 17/10/2019, 17/01/2021, 22/01/2022 and every time I informed them about this malfunctioning of the stearing. But the problem with my car not repaired properly. I used to drive my car with the same problem as I have habituated to drive with tight stearing. As a leyman I don't know the actual problem with my car. Now I thinnk The service center people cheated me. Because now it is very difficult to drive the car due to the stearing is very tight in movement during riding.

    So I request you kindly repair my car's stearing problem so that I can ride my baleno smoothly. Maruti is famous for better customer Servicing. I have trust on maruti. So, kindly repair my vehicle. Now I am residing at Berhampur, Orissa.

    Bought the car on 14.06.2022 Asir Nexa showroom, Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
    After buying the car I am of the opinion that Maruthi is engaging their dealer not only to sell car but also steal the customer money as far they can.
    From the day one the sale executive/ relationship manager everyone in the showroom lie to their bones. I wonder how they are trained to lie in such a manner. If you confront them they will not pick your phone or give the phone to some random guy and ask him to speak as manger of the showroom.
    I was forced to by extended warranty, accessories for 15K. Which I strongly objected
    Relationship manager and showroom manager lie to me that XL6 alpha plus does not come with spoiler. Hence they have to put a stock spoiler and paint the spoiler to match the body color, for that they asked me to pay charges. They showed the stock seat cover and told me that they installed new seat cover. After dealing with them I am so confused what comes with car and what doesn’t? Going a step further after paying 75% of the amount they said, if I didn't buy extended warranty maruthi will not deliver vehicle on time. Maruthi will give preference only to the customer who buy extended warranty. Using the waiting period for their advantage they are not telling about any offers available.
    For buying 16L worth car I was given body cover, which was given to me after 20 day wait and they asked me to pay 600 extra.
    Thinking of the car dealers/ Sales manager attitude makes skin crawl under. I wonder these happening due to under sight of maruthi over their dealer or maruthi is not giving enough profit to their dealer. As maruthi selling large number of cars, so why bother about the customer. I have suffered enough and this will be my last car from maruthi.
    Above all a customer care representative from maruthi called to get feedback after purchase. Even before I tell her my grievance she cut the call saying will call you back and posted the feedback herself.
    Even though they don’t give shit about this review. I hope, I will live long to see your downfall.

    Hi Nexa team,
    i have purchased a new Ignis sigma car in April 2023. I recently happened to change my Tyre when I noticed that the Jack and wheel spanner is missing in my car. I have asked this to the Nexa agent (Vikas at Adarsha Nexa at Attapur center, pillar number 98) but he said that he checked with the PDI team and they said that it was in the car. I have took the car to the same center for my first service and beside that I didn't park my car any place unattended.

    What is the best resolution in this situation.

    I'm submitting the complaint agains Amit deep Allahabad Nexa and worst is close or shut and on contrary 4 wheels and agains ICIC Lombard, my association with Suzuki is almost 24 years my Ciaz car is 1 month older had little left DP problem and its fully insured why I pay extra money to Nexa/icic Lombard if i pay not issue but will take this issue to consumer court.

    The Maruti Baleno car was given for the third free service at Popular's Thiruvananthapuram Vazhayila service centre. But when I got the vehicle back, I realized that nothing was done as per the service. AC filter, engine oil and oil filter were changed as per bill. Money has also been given. But when the workman opened the air filter of the vehicle and checked it as per my request, it was confirmed that it had not changed. The third service oil top ups do not appear to have been done. It should also be suspected that the engine oil and oil filter have been changed
