    Dear Sir,
    I am your very old consumer of honda,I own Honda city,honda amaze and now purcased honda jazz from pinkcity honda,jaipur,rajasthan.
    this time they took more money(93,000) for RTO Regestration,whereas less money (83,000)is what they paid.as the sms from RTO revealed it.they now this and they refused to give the extra money back.they also gave car of previous year saying that discount can be given on it,rather no discount was given and.also he told that it has the same feature as new one,and only make year is different.when all the billing was done.they told it does not have air bags,and many other feature.on regularly asking them,requesting them for giving back the money.they refused.told that no money will be given.you can do whatever you want.

    M/s standard hoonda lucknow charged me exceess ex show room price ,taken extra amount in the name of RTO ,and I feel its used car may be repaired after accident(rear bumper )

    Complaint : Regarding for Honda Amaze Brake Pads are worn out/Manufacturing defect

    I bought Honda Amaze diesel on 8/01/2015 from Lally Automobiles Pvt Ltd Okhla Industrial Area Phase 2 , Delhi". Uptill now it has ran only 20,000/- Km by single hand using by me only on highways/good roads ( as living in NCR ) and underwent services only on authorized service center.

    This month when i took my car for sevice in Honda authorized center, I came to know that my right side brake pads are worn out (front) with rest of 3 brake pads are in good condition only 1 of driving seat's side (or front right) worn out. How could it possible ?

    There must be some issue in the right side brake pads or may be in Brake assembly otherwise it would not be worn out so early. It therefore seems only a manufacturing defect I came to know from other Honda's user that this complaint is appearing in many old models Honda Amaze not in new ones.

    I being the user of Honda feel proud on this relaibility, product quality & customer service.
    But this problem causes me problem in going office as it is risky too. And new brake pads will cost me more then 3500 rupees (as told in service centre) inspite of its in warranty period which incur additional cost to me which is not correct Why should I bear its cost ?

    Some other people (either using Honda , Hyundai, Toyota) underwent with similar compaint inform me that company will definitely replace it under warranty.

    Therefore I am looking forward to fix this matter amicably if, howerer the matter is not satisfactorly resolved as early as possible. I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint.But I do beleive that you will not disaaapoint your customer and provide a required help .

    And also I want to add that please make sure that this complaint will not recur .Please look in to the root cause of this so in future nobody of us from Honda family (users) will face this problem.

    Looking forward for solution.

    I HAVE TAKEN NEW HONDA WRV FROM COURTESY HONDA(LALLY AUTOMOBILE) OKHLA NEW DELHI.FROM THE FIRST DAY I BOUGHT CAR THE GEARS ARE VERY HARD AND I REGISTER COMPLAINT IN 1ST SERVICE THEY ARE SAYING ALL WRV AND AMAZE HAVE THIS PROBLEM FACING AND SERVICE CENTRE IS SAYING NOW ALL PROB SOLVED AND YOUR GEAR ARE PERFECT NOW.AND NOW AFTER 2 DAYS AGAIN PROBLEMS START IN GEARS THEN COURTESY HONDA SEND ONE BOY HIS NAME IS VIKAS FROM PHASE-2 OKHLA HE TAKE MY CAR TO SERVICE CENTRE AND HE COMES AFTER 2 OR 3 HOURS AND SAYING ALL OKAY IN CAR GEARS AND HE IS SAYING CAR GEARS WANT LUBRICANT.NOW AGAIN PROBLEMS START IN CAR GEARS IN 1 MONTH OLD NEW CAR FACING THIS PROBLEMS ARE NOT GOOD I WANT AS SOON AS SOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEMS WITH 100 PERCENT GURANTEE I DONT WANT 2 DAYS SOLUTION I WANT LONG TIME SOLUTION.

    hi . My name is sukhpreet singh . i m from mohali city , punjab ( India ) . I bought the honda city vx car last year in august month , car was running very good , one night animal hit my car so car was damaged its front mirrior and other parts were also damaged i wnt to agency to repair my car when they delivered my car its paint job was incomplete and few day later its been raining then suddenly water came from roof then i again ent to agency they told me the sunroof pypes were blocked they deliver mumy car next day but after 4 days it was same problem water is coming from ... i am very tired beacause of the service from honda agency mohali pls solve my problem
