BREAK DOWN SERVICE OF PERFECT AUTO
Dear Sir,
with reference to subject mentioned above. i am using Maruti swift dezire since 3 years. i was having break down on 13-10-2015 in near Rajkot City (Gujarat) . my car was stopped due to battery problem it was 10 Km far from your perfect work shop (rajkot). place of breakdown was near Bedi Gam. i had contacted perfect technician MOB (9909913805). first of all he said it will take 2 hours. then i contacted perfect customer care number. so they forced that person to come. and informed me to contact that person. so i contacted again on that number. so he misbhaved me. that "you are calling here & there. why you are calling 4-5 places. i am coming" let me tell you the language was very RUDE.& totally unprofessional. so this kind of behavior is not tolerable. & mind you i have repaired my car by my own. so what is the role of break down.
let me tell you i ahving 2 swift dezire & one micra car. i am your customer since 10 years. but this incident forced me to cut relation between us. i am planning to by your ciaz car. but now i will go for verna because of this incident. and also i am having AMC with perfect (rajkot) of my both the car. 1. GJ-3L 7069 2. GJ-3DG 3476. you can check the records. so i am going to cancel all the AMC. kindly reply me after this incident should i trust on MARUTI-SUZIKI
