Sir,
I have purchased a Mitashi Air conditioner on 24/04/2016 now its not cooling properly. Whearas Mitashi Co. provide 3 years warranty on their product. I make complaint 2-3 times at the Metro stores where I had purchased this A/c they said that warranty provide by the co. so you may approach to Mitashi co. Directly. but Customer care No. are not response.
