I am interested to open daily saving a/c in pithoragarh branch . I had submitted a/c opening form 2 times through your agents. But they said to me that bank official asked them , my pan card is mis matching because myname printed on pan ( PAN no. AMCPB6853C)is Mukesh Bhatt instead of Mukesh Kumar Bhatt (printed in adhar card). I told them kindly verify the PAN in income tax website and I also submitting my income tax return regularly and I have 2-3 running bank a/c in other banks. nobody ask me regarding mismatch of PAN.
I had also submitted print out of PAN detail of efiling page of income tax department website but they refuses this document.
Hope you will take matter positively & take necessary action.
